Ehdaa Hotel Makkah - Mecca

It was always packed, especially after prayers, making it a real hassle to get to our room. I even started taking the stairs, which was tough after a long day.

Excellent location for our visit to Waves Indoor Waterpark within easy walking distance of the hotel. Good food for dinner and breakfast

The quadruple room was reasonably large with four beds. Its location just a pleasant stroll away from Niagara Golf Trail was excellent and unbeatable.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was great, and the staff were very friendly. I loved the convenient transportation options, including a free shuttle and close access to taxis for just 5 riyals. The location was perfect, with restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel also had a spacious lobby and facilities like mini markets and ATMs.

Entirely happy. No provision for breakfast in the package.

The room was extremely spacious and perfect, I enjoyed it, it also included climate control, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. I had a spacious bathroom. The location was excellent and favourable, close to center, convenient to go everywhere.

I gotta admit, the free shuttle bus to the holy site was super convenient, making it easy to get to and from the busy areas. Plus, the lobby was spacious and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. I also found some great local food spots nearby, so my meals were never boring!

Now for the downsides. The room size was a total joke; it felt cramped beyond belief! I had a terrible experience with room service—people knocking at my door for no reason disrupted my sleep. And don’t even get me started on the walking distance; it took way too long to reach the shuttle stops. Definitely not ideal for families or elderly guests!

Expect long waits with too many guests crammed inside. The TV didn't work, no electric converter in the room, and the bathroom fixtures seemed on the verge of falling apart. The shuttle service was unreliable, with overcrowding and no fixed schedule. Markets nearby only accept cash, inconvenient for those relying on cards.

Shuttle bus timing was confusing, affected my plans.

While the quick check-in and friendly receptionist were appreciated, the numerous challenges overshadowed the positives. The location is indeed convenient for accessing major landmarks, but we faced issues with shuttle service timings and a cramped room.
